Person in charge was not a Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a repeat violation from 2022 and 2023. Have Tammy certified as a Certified Food Protection Manager by May 6, 2024. An extension can be granted upon request. Send proof of certification to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net. If not contacted, a follow up will occur on or after May 6, 2024. - 2-102.12: (A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Popcorn is labeled without listing all allergens. Gluten allergens are noted on the front of the packaging with a sticker, but soy, milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, sesame, crustaceans and shellfish must also be listed if not a part of the name on the packaging. Send a copy of updated labels to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net by April 16, 2024.
